Cancellation Policy: Immediate Refund if a cancellation request is made within 10 days from the start of the member's subscription cycle, a full refund will be automatically processed for the current month's subscription. Extended No Refund: Cancellations requested after the 10th day of the current month's subscription cycle will be effective on the last day of the current billing cycle, and no refund will be issued. Exceptional Cases: Members may request a refund outside of the 10-day window, subject to review and approval. Health Discount Program Disclosures: This program is NOT insurance coverage and does not meet the minimum creditable coverage requirements under the Affordable Care Act or Massachusetts M.G.L. c. 111M and 956 CMR 5.00. It contains a 30-day cancellation period, provides discounts only at the offices of contracted health care providers, and each member must pay the discounted medical charges in full at the point of service.
